Ok, I know this is not properly responsive to your post, but I had to share:
The absolute BEST white wine in the world is Molvia, 2001, some Italian shit. It is absolutely superb!!! You and Ms. S. must find a bottle and drink it. Really. It tastes like honeysuckle-- except SUBTLE. A and I just got back from dinner. I'm drunk. It was superb. Goes well with crab. Hope you and Ms. S are well. We miss you. Stop all this business with the dog biting your face off.
